Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Convorium is published by Yirinhana Studio ("we"). This policy explains what data the Convorium browser extension and this website handle.
Conversation data
When you open a conversation on chatgpt.com, claude.ai or gemini.google.com, Convorium reads the visible page text (titles and messages) to power folders, search and export. This data is stored only on your device in the extension's local storage and IndexedDB. It is never uploaded to us or any third party, and we cannot access it.
Other data on your device
Folders, folder assignments, saved prompts and license status are stored locally. You can delete everything from the settings page; uninstalling the extension also removes it.
License verification
If you activate Pro, your license key and an anonymous instance identifier are sent to our license relay (hosted on Cloudflare) and our payment provider Creem to activate and periodically validate the license. No conversation data is ever included.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record. We receive your email address and order details to deliver your license and provide support.
Analytics and selling data
The extension contains no analytics, tracking or advertising. We do not sell, share or transfer user data, and do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose. Use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Permissions
storage and alarms (local data and daily license check) and access to the three chat sites only.
